Late Bookings :
Bookings may be accepted less than 7 days prior to a tour departure but will be subject to availability of accommodation, flight and may be subject to the payment.
Single Supplement :
Must be paid when single traveler have been chosen.
Cancellation :
Should you, or a member of your party, be forced to cancel, you must advise us or our agent in writing, and cancellation is not effective until we receive this letter. If cancellation is made within 21 days of departure, the fee will be 25% of the cost of the package fare.
Modifications :
After receiving our official confirmation of your tour, any change of tour, departure date, hotel, type of room, substitution or reduction of passengers names, will incur a amendment fee per booking file. we assure you as long as the changing program not caused the changing in the flight departure date, and hotel used will not have any charge
Refunds :
No refunds on unused services.
Consumer Claims :
If you are unhappy about any aspect of the tour, please inform our local representative or agent immediately, who will do everything possible to resolve the problem on the spot, since it may prove difficult to take any effective action on your return. If, however, this matter can not be resolved, please write us to visitorangutan@gmail.com
Booking arrangements :
All booking arrangements are to be made through our office Orangutanadventures.com. A firm contract will exist between your self and Orangutanadventures.com when your agent or our office issue our official confirmation of your booking following receipt of the deposit prescribed. The contract will be governed by and subject to the terms & conditions and the general information contained in this site. No variation of the tour conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing and with the authority of Orangutanadventures.com

Travel Insurance

Travel Documents :
Each person shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passport valid at least six months after date of arrival. Please note that passport and visa requirements are not our responsibility or that of your agent.
Not Included in the Package Fare :
Charges for passports, inoculations, excess baggage charges, accident and baggage insurance, items of personal nature such as beverages, laundry service, tips and gratuities and more...
Air Travel :
Participating carriers on these tours are Major airline in indonesia. However, it may at certain times be necessary to use the services of other airlines. No airline will incur responsibility or liability to any person named in the booking, aside from that liability as may be incurred as the carrier.
Baggage :
For all domestic economy baggage regulation limit check in luggage for each passenger to two bags/pieces. However, neither bag/piece may exceed a total dimension of 20kg each. some small airline only give you 10 kg luggages free. We recommend you to take the necessary baggage during the trip. In case you have checked-out from the hotel, please pack your baggage and locked it to store at our office. We will take it back to you on your arrival from the trip.
Travel Accommodation :
OrangutanAdventures.com is not itself a carrier or hotelier, not do we own aircraft, hotels, or coaches. The flights, coach journeys, other travel and hotel accommodation comprised in your tour are provided by reputable carries and hoteliers on their own conditions. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with OrangutanAdventures.com are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, coach operators, hoteliers and other service providers, including but not limited to car hire, restaurant operators, whose service we utilize, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage.
Our Responsibility :
We always do our best to make sure your tour arrangements are satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our negligence or that of our employees or agents. However, we can not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, or other persons providing service in connection with your holiday pursuant to a contract between themselves and yourself (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket , voucher, coupon or the like) and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept any liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part, including but not limit to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or of any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment of industrial action (whether or not involving our employees, and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labor group).
