Final Confirmation :Final Confirmation designed by your agreement email for the program and the cost we are provided based on the departure date you are planed. Then We will send you the final confirmation email in microsoft word format. You may make double check if there is some mistaken in writing.
The official confirmation latter will come together with the invoice description.
Save Payment :
As Local tour operator, we would like that our client feel save and comfort when dealing with us. we provide few ways to make the payment, Herewith the following detail save payment method:
1. 25% deposit from the total tour expenses to guaranty your departure have to make when the confirmation is made. the payment could make through our secure credit card processing ( Pay Pal ), international wire transfer or western union. The balance of payment could be made during your arrival at Pangkalan bun airport in IDR CASH or CREDIT CARD.
2. Airfares : we ask for full payment in advance due some airplane has booking limit time, For the E-Ticket airlines, we can send to you by the email when ever the ticket is persuaded. We are able to organize all the flight throughout Indonesia.

IMPORTANCE NOTE
1. Due Pangkalan Bun has no money changer , we highly suggest you could prepare the IDR before flying to Pangkalan Bun when you would like to pay by cash in IDR. Then handed to us when you get in the airport of Pangkalan Bun.
2. If by force you can not provide Indonesia Money , We are able to receive USD or EURO ( Based on Pangkalan Bun exchance rate and have to on 100 bill only), Or you can pay by your visa or master card through our office at Pangkalan bun
